Vincent van Gogh Glow in the Dark Keyring
Our Vincent van Gogh keyrings, with glow in the dark stars, are as cool, as they are educational and practical. Each key ring comes with a smiling Vincent van Gogh token, a locket of charms based off some of his artworks and your choice of either a split ring keyring or a screw lock keyring.
Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch born Post-Impressionist artist famous for his emotional self portraits and landscapes that looked as if they were breathing. In the locket on your keyring you will find 3 references to his art:-
- Sunflower- Vincent loved sunflowers, making them the primary focus of 11 of his paintings. One such example is 'Sunflowers- Fourth Version', 1888.
- Leaves - Vincent often painted 'plein air' a term that means to paint outside. He painted many landscapes that featured all types of tress as 'Trees and Undergrowth', 1887.
- Stars (glow in the dark) - Vincent would write letters to his brother Theo were he would talk about his love of the stars. One of his many masterpieces, 'Starry Night' 1889, shows his depiction of how they light up the sky.
